Trane Trade Warriors HVAC Senior Instructor: Full-Time Position
RightTek HVAC Training, LLC. is currently accepting applications for a Senior Heating & Cooling Instructor for their Killeen, TX location (near Fort Cavazos). RightTek HVAC, in partnership with Trane Technologies, offers an 8-week intensive course to prepare active-duty service members (and veterans) for the Heating & Cooling Industry.
Job expectations include, but are not limited to:
- Implement applicable curriculum following our provided curriculum standards.
- Provide instruction that is appropriately paced and directed to the HVAC occupational skill sets that are being developed.
- Duties will include classroom and hands-on lab curriculum with live working HVAC units (Gas Furnaces, Air-Conditioning, and Heat Pump Systems).
- Establish and maintain a suitable learning environment that promotes student growth and skill mastery, and always assures student safety.
- Support the policies and programs of RightTek HVAC Training and perform assigned duties consistent with schoolhouse policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional competency by actively engaging in employer directed in-service activities and other similar opportunities.
- Create and maintain a safe learning lab environment at all times.
- Guide students in making career-related decisions.
RightTek HVAC Training, LLC. offers a competitive salary that is determined by an individual's education and experience level. Full-time employees will work 4-Day work weeks and will be provided with 8 weeks’ vacation a year.
Experience: Texas State HVAC Contractor’s License (preferred, but not required), EPA 608 Certification, Five (5) Years Work Experience in the HVAC Industry
Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (Salary)
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday (4 days a week: 7:30am – 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch)
